I have a serious health complaint; are you sure you can cover me?
We cannot guarentee cover for everyone. We can however promise to ask you the right questions quickly and in a professional manner, after which our advisors hope to offer you a suitable quotation for cover.
-
Will I be paying a higher premium because of my medical condition?
Naturally there is an increase in premium associated with covering slightly higher risk conditions, but with our experience in providing low cost cover, we can minimise this risk as much as possible.
-
Are there any policy conditions that I should be aware of?
You should read the policy conditions carefully to make sure they suits your requirements. The policy summary is available on the web site. As with all insurance policies there are conditions: for example there are excesses under most sections of the policy, and you are signing, electronically, to confirm that you abide by the conditions. It is a serious offence to misrepresent material facts under an insurance contract (i.e. you confirm, in signing, that there are no pre-existing medical reasons increasing the risk of treatment being required away from home).
-
I didn't have time to book my travel insurance policy before I departed. Can I arrange cover now, even though I am abroad?
No. Cover is not available once you have left the UK.
-
Do I need to take my travel insurance policy with me when I travel abroad?
Yes. This documentation provides you with information and emergency telephone numbers you may need whilst abroad. It will also provide details of any supporting documentation that may be required in the event of a claim (i.e. loss reports, receipts etc.).
-
How will I receive my policy documents if I book my travel insurance online?
A printable version of your policy will become available once the online booking process is complete. You will also receive an emailed copy to the email address entered into the application form, which will include your insurance certificate and important policy notes. A copy of the full Policy Wording will be posted to you if you select the 'post' option at the end of the application process.
-
How do I view the emailed version of my travel insurance policy?
You will need a current version (4 or above) of Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the attachments. This is a free programme which can be downloaded from the Adobe website by clicking here.
-
What can I do to make sure that nobody sees the financial information I input into the site?
All the information you provide is encrypted, meaning it is secure against possible interception.
-
I have a medical condition. Will this be covered under my travel insurance policy?
We can provide cover for many pre-existing medical conditions subject to screening. There are two easy and quick ways to be screened, either via our online medical screening system or over the phone on 0845 880 0694. Either way you’ll be taken through a few carefully worded questions which will help us to provide you with a tailored quote.

Can I include other members of my family on the one policy from InsureForAll even though they're aged below 65?

-
What is the excess on the policy?
Please check your policy summary for details of your excesses as these may vary dependent on the benefit you are claiming for.
-
Can I choose to not have insurance for my pre-existing medical conditions?
Yes. When you purchase, your schedule will state that there is no cover in place for your pre-existing medical conditions unless you have declared these to us and we’ve confirmed in writing. This means that if you have medical conditions and you decide you don’t want them covered you can go ahead and buy your travel insurance online or you can call our sales team. If you do want cover for your pre-existing medical conditions then you simply add your medical conditions at step 3 of the online quote process or alternatively you can call us on 0845 880 0694.
-
What information will I have to disclose when I call your service number?
Our advisors will take you quickly and discretely through some specially chosen questions in order to obtain a quote. You will be asked about any pre-existing medical conditions you may have, but the questions won't be intrusive or irrelevant in any way.
